Delray Beach, FL (July 3, 2018) – Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction, the leading magazine in the pavement industry with over 30 years of publishing experience, has selected All County Paving as one of the nation’s Top Contractors of 2018.

ADA Compliance – Updates and corrections

As the 2015 season has ended we want to remind you to be proactive about ADA compliance on your properties. All County Paving works with hundreds of customers every year and always provide solutions that are the most cost-effective way to get properties back into compliance. On October 20, 2015 the “ADA education and reform act of 2015” was presented by representatives Ted Poe (R-TX) Doug Collins (R-GA) and David jolly (R-FL) in an effort to address the rising problem of ADA “drive by” lawsuits.

The number of ADA title III lawsuits filed between 2013 and 2014 increased by more than 63%. This bill will provide formal timetable requirements in order to pursue action against a property owner and eliminate the ability for any person to send a demand letter unless the letter provide specific details of the violation. ADA accessibility is always a hot topic in the commercial real estate space and is a priority on every single property. If your property is in need of an ADA evaluation or correction, let the experts at All County Paving assist you in making that process as easy and cost-effective as possible.
